BACKGROUND  

Baowan (Hefei) international logistics center is invested and developed by China Nnanshan Group holding by the central enterprise, China Merchants Group. It is the key project of 12th five-year plan in Hefei, Anhui province, located at the north of Hefei City, the east of Huainan Rd, the south of Shanshui Rd. The land area of the planning project is 1290 mu, a total investment is 13.25 billion Yuan. The construction of the project will powerfully drive the economic and social development, accelerate urban expansion and optimize trade logistics strategy layout in Hefei. After the project complete, it will make the great Hefei area a modern international business logistics city, promote Hefei become a emerging central city in the Yangtze river delta region after shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOMES  

By analyzing the current situation and trend of development of to the enterprise and project area, we combined elements of modern logistics park, prepared a conceptual planning and feasibility study report. After the conceptual planning and feasibility study report were approved by investing enterprises and local government, we further make the overall plan for the logistics park. We put forward the phased development target and strategy, design a strategic way of "specialized logistics infrastructure investment and financing platform + networked logistics operating platform + professional logistic service platform of agglomeration and coupling" .

In the park construction, in order to follow the instruction of "green energy, modern high-end”, we put forward the construction of "green warehouse facilities", and applied a subsidies of building a solar photovoltaic in the residential and urban-rural development from Treasury Ministry.We also planned the operation platform for the capital, helped the company complete the construction of the platform, set up the logistics special fund, and promoted park operations on the right track .
